Things, people, and experiences come and go. Life is a cycle of constant change… What goes up, must come down, what is pleasurable today can turn to pain tomorrow. Everything in our physical experience of life is temporary, transient, and impermanent. As things come and go, in and out of our lives, it’s important to just allow life’s natural processes to move through us. The more we open to life and become the ‘experiencer’ of it, rather than staying attached to any certain person, place, or experience, the more bliss and peace we will invite into our lives.
But even when going through transition and change, the truth of who we are remains constant. As Moby puts it, ‘We are all made of stars!’ We are all infinite expressions of love and pure potential. So whether you are transitioning like I am right now, or just looking for a bit of inspiration to start your day, take a few moments and watch this video I made for you below…

Magical words. Tonight I was looking on my favourite site http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap091111.html Tonight is a picture of the galactic centre… where the planet will be aligned with at 11:11am (gmt) on the 21st 12th 2012…. its very beautiful.. and of course within us all. x x Peta

Thank you Katie, for the beautiful reminder. I recall this principle as lifes EKG. Lifes EKG represents a healthy heart, going up and down and if it were a flatline…then you know…we’d be dead. I love your illustrations. You remind me alot like one of our great mentors, her name is Ellie Drake. I am often reminded that I could possibly be experiencing a period of transition. Transitions of growth are not always a joyful period. It could be a period of “mourning” which is often the case with me. Mourning of the old patterns, the old self, the old everything! Also a period of transition for me represents, making new neural pathways of how I choose to live my life now. You are awesome Katie! Thank you for sharing your insights with the world.

We are literally made of stars, my dear Katie. Literally. There is nothing on earth that contains enough carbon to create so many human bodies. Each of us carries stardust inside our skins, a bi-product of the big bang or however else we were all created here. It is good to remember that connection, the greater beingness that we all carry within us.

Awww… how fun Katie! I was dancing along with you and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that song! Always have since it came out.
You are exactly right and I agree with you in every aspect. Every moment in our life is just temporary. We can either learn and grow from it or hold on to it. Learning and growing from our experiences allows to bring in more and more into our life of what we want, need and to be able to truly achieve happiness. And of course holding on will delay our true journey and ability to experience life.
