Things, people, and experiences come and go. Life is a cycle of constant change… What goes up, must come down, what is pleasurable today can turn to pain tomorrow. Everything in our physical experience of life is temporary, transient, and impermanent. As things come and go, in and out of our lives, it’s important to just allow life’s natural processes to move through us. The more we open to life and become the ‘experiencer’ of it, rather than staying attached to any certain person, place, or experience, the more bliss and peace we will invite into our lives.
But even when going through transition and change, the truth of who we are remains constant. As Moby puts it, ‘We are all made of stars!’ We are all infinite expressions of love and pure potential. So whether you are transitioning like I am right now, or just looking for a bit of inspiration to start your day, take a few moments and watch this video I made for you below…

Transitions of growth are not always a joyful period. It could be a period of “mourning” which is often the case with me. Mourning of the old patterns, the old self, the old everything! You are exactly right and I agree with you in every aspect. Every moment in our life is just temporary. We can either learn and grow from it or hold on to it. Learning and growing from our experiences allows to bring in more and more into our life of what we want, need and to be able to truly achieve happiness. And of course holding on will delay our true journey and ability to experience life.

It is so great to find a person who can articulate feeling and energy the way you do. I have been excited about the concept of being star material since I learned the concept reading Deepak Chopra’s books, especially Creating Affluence. I now can recognize the unified field behind all diversity. The true meaning behind unity concsciousness lies in the understanding everything emminates from within. It is our heritage and legacy to be star like and , as in quantium physics, to never be destroyed but to constantly evolve into new matter. This gives me the most satisfaction knowing there is meaning behind all these seemingly random actions that are our daily lives. I believe with all of my Be-ing that you and your age group are so essential in shifting this global consciousness from an Egoic one to a God consciousness. The Source is continually nurturing and it is wonderful to see you as a fellow Source-rer taking the responsibility to maintain the Link between the Source, Presence, Now, Consciousness, etc.. and Us “who are actually the source”! lol… The Link has become dirty and worn and rusty and corroded over many years because of the ego-ic thoughts that we are separate from God and each other, ( which is utter nonsense!) … Look at me now Im preaching to the choir! lol
