Katie… that was truly powerful! (And completely LOVED the beach behind you) You have taught me so much to date and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

This area of my life is a big one I need to work on. I am definitely getting there but will be utilizing some of the amazing ideas you have here on your videos. I really need to work on my inner self more than I am and key into letting go of the past.
