i was on the bus today observing ppl and i saw one person here in the uk taking little nibbles of a cake because she was in public, you know how it is she just wanted to gobble it all up but i gave her a nice big loving smile to say its ok fill ya face, she knew what i was saying through my teleprathy.. just sharing my message of love and cake.

The place your are staying is beautiful and so lush with greenery. Thanks for sharing the bed and breakfast video with us.
Your video reminds me of the verse in the Bible that I quote to myself and others probably more than any other verse which is
2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
To live life out of love instead of fear is to be living a life of freedom instead of living as a captive dwelling in fear.
We so often take the love in our lives for granted until we see it slipping away as our spouses, family and friends pass on from this world into their eternal life. Love today as if it were your last day to share it with your love ones.

Well, that’s sure a cool place to be hanging out!
I remember one particular Buddhist silent meditation retreat I attended some years ago where the teacher emphasisized just what a true blessing it is to have the means and freedom and indeed the motivation to gift ourselves with the self-nurturance that only stillness and tranquility can bring.
Speaking of love, I’d love to recommend a little book for you to curl up around on that sweet day bed there on the deck.
When my wife and I decided to have a home birth for our second daughter Lily, but that this time I would being doing the actual delivery(!), the midwife that we had on call and who had delivered our first daughter Juniper, gave me a copy of Jean Liedloff’s “The Continuum Concept.”
I recall perfectly, though it was more than 28 years ago, that when she handed it to me she said with a knowing smile, “Here, Dale, this book will change your life.” How right she was!
If you happen to buy it from Amazon, don’t read the reviews, just let it be a completely personal and private experience.
In fact there are some interesting parallels between the author’s journey of self-discovery and your own. But then again, are there really any coincidences?

Hey Katie,
A group of us spent a week in Kauai a couple of years ago. We golfed, played at the beach, ate out and saw the sites. It was a Fantastic trip and a wonderful memory. Being able to see even a little bit of the landscape brought back all those great memories. So thanks for sharing this trip of yours with the rest of us and I hope you enjoy as much as we did.

Hey I agree Love is better then fear. But fear is not always so bad, it shouldn’t be completely taken out of our life. Fear brings wings to the feet. Its why a rabbit can outrun a fox that’s trying to eat him for example even if the fox is faster. Fear is often a stronger motivator then love, being scared of the consequences of extreme regret of not having the life you desire I believe is a good kick start and a great compliment to living in love.

Always choose love, just that sometimes fear creeps in. Perhaps we sometimes feel we are out of our league, perhaps the belief in what we are doing is not 100% positive.
Either way Love is always right for you cannot control it.

Fear repels, love draws, it’s as simple as that. If you are putting fear out into the world, then people will stay away from you. Even animals can sense fear in others.
