That is exactly what people look for. I be that is the majority of searches on the internet and shows on tv, solutions.

Hi Katie! I definitely agree with you on these three components of True Leadership. We need to Lead By Example and to do that… these three are crucial to successfully doing that.

Leadership is something we choose to bring out and your self worth is so important to this. If you do not have confidence in yourself, no one else will. But man, oh man when you DO have the self worth and confidence than others will have that for you also!

Laws of Attraction work wonderfully in this aspect… or any aspect of your life for that matter. But the biggest thing I always remember is I bring into my life what I feel, think and am… you will attract those you want to work with, be around and build friendships with. Just be exactly who you want to be around! Great stuff Katie… going to read part two now…

Thanks Katie,
All three steps are in my daily routine. They weren’t always in my daily routine, but with consistent and persistent personal growth, I’ve reached the place of daily practice. Now as a leader, I still hear that sometimes troublesome voice that would love to victor over, but like you said, leaders are capable of practicing self-discipline until it becomes a habit. While I’m still hearing the voice that says “today is raining, it’s cold outside, you don’t have to go on your morning walk”…while I’m hearing this, I’m already putting on my shorts and drinking my tea. The leader always wins! Same with going out and lead prospecting for me…

You are right on, Katie. If you don’t have the discipline to achieve your goals, then you certainly won’t have the discipline to lead others to a common goal!

Leaders have to facilitate finding solutions. No one wants to follow someone who runs from challenges.

If you can do these two things, then I think you will already have a pretty good level of self-worth. Those two skills bring success, and success brings confidence. And that confidence leads to a feeling of self-worth.
