Isn’t it amazing that when we set an intention on what we desire to seek, we always find it and more? I find this fascinating and magical. I think its great that you are taking time out to learn more about yourself. While not everyone can take three weeks off to do a retreat like you are doing, I think we should all make time for ourselves each week. Its great to reflect on where you are and where you want to be in life, but its hard to focus when you are living in the day-to-day, being able to break away for a time is a great idea.

I appreciate you sharing your journey with us, that really takes some courage. You just don’t know what you will find…

You look like you are enjoying your time in HI. Make sure that you get plenty of sunlight in HI so you can take advantage of the vitamin D that one doctor calls a steroidal hormone. This has been the main topic in medicine for the last year.

Hey Katie

Thanks for taking everyone on this journey that you are going on. I know that as you go through your journey, we will all benefit,

I too have some intentions going into the end of the year that I would love to share here too.

In the next couple of months, my life is going to be going through some major changes. I will be in about 6 different countries and meeting a ton of new people throughout it all. What I am intending is just to let go and be myself throughout all of it. Allowing myself to not hold back and take myself out of things that would really enrich my life. Just being more of who I really am and letting that shine out to the world.
