I’m in Kauai right now just waking up from a beautiful night’s sleep, sipping tea, and staring at a gorgeous rainbow right outside my window!  The beauty of nature out here is truly amazing!

I decided to come out here for 3 1/2 weeks to spend some time alone and really delve deep into myself, with the intention to really cultivate more awareness of my infinite nature…   I’m calling it my ‘Personal Transformation Journey’ and I’m inviting all of you to come along with me!  Here’s a video I made on the beach yesterday about my intentions for this trip:

The end of the year is a time to really let go and shed all of the things that no longer serve us to make way for more of our true greatness to shine forth!  What are your intentions for the next couple months?  Please share your thoughts, comments, and feedback with the community down below.  And I’m very much looking forward to sharing more as I go along this journey!  Stay tuned…

Katie, such a tremendous approach to the Fall season! I love the idea of using this time for “making room for” and “clearing out” — just in time for the holiday season, so that we are free to enjoy our tremendous human spirit and be thankful for all that we have! Looking forward to joining you on this trip!

I think its great that you are taking time out to learn more about yourself. While not everyone can take three weeks off to do a retreat like you are doing, I think we should all make time for ourselves each week. Its great to reflect on where you are and where you want to be in life, but its hard to focus when you are living in the day-to-day, being able to break away for a time is a great idea.

I appreciate you sharing your journey with us, that really takes some courage. You just don’t know what you will find…

    Aloha Katie:
It’s me again. Great job on sharing with the world on setting an intention for an event. In this case the event playing out is that which is your Kauai transformation. Isn’t it amazing that when we set an intention on what we desire to seek, we always find it and more? I find this fascinating and magical. You hit the nail on the head when you described this as delving into your infinite nature. I love that! We are all a part of this infinite nature, and like you and I, it takes a process and a delicious journey into the discovery of who we really are! It’s so delightful to see you partaking in such incredible personal growth!

Go girl! You reflect where we continually, need to be examining ourselves and our motives. It has been said (King Solomon) that God has created us with eternity in our hearts. We try to fill a void that only He can fill.( just my belief).
Its inspiring to see people learn more about their spiritual selves, because that requires faith, something that requires more than our senses.
Just as in our business we need faith for the substance hoped for.
Your awesome keep up the good work.
    Peace and Love!
    Mel

The thing that I love about this next post is the fact that Katie Freiling realized that it was necessary to make some personal changes in her life and that she just needed to spend some time to herself an able to do some necessary sole searching.  It is those that realize and admit that they need to make some changes in their life, are the ones that are more likely to succeed because they took the necessary action to help further develop themselves as a person.
