Bliss-apline…I love that term. As a parent, it’s definitely something that I strive to incorporate into my life everyday. Some days are much better than others but I think the point is to just be conscious of the present moment, so thank you for the reminder.

Hi Katie! Thank you so much for this post… I definitely needed this right now! I have a very busy schedule and many things to do in the present moment but I was not focusing on staying in my bliss during this time.

The recap gave me focus again and I will be working more and more on this to ensure I don’t lose my way. This is something I have already been working on but you definitely simplified it for me. I truly appreciate the great post! Thanks for sharing!!! HUGS!
