I like the term unconditional gratitude, that’s a great name. I have been grateful for the adversity I now have for sometime. This is a good handle for this concept of a broader thanksgiving. I hope you had a good holiday.

HI Katie

I LOVE your blog! Thanks for sharing all that you do with the world :).

I was wondering what wordpress plugin you use to play your videos in your blog posts on this site?

I’d really appreciate your help!
Thank you!

Very well said Katie. Gratitude is at the very core of your being, and your soul.

Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others. ~Cicero~…That quote is just extra validation to what you expressed in your video… Chris and Michelle Chasen-Hooks

This is a slightly different slant on an old idea. Thanks for sharing that with us. I have made it a habit of being greatful for everything I have before retiring at night but now I’m goint to try and incorporate this method throughout the day.

So true katie, if we just stop resisting this now moment and allow it to be and be grateful for it as well then life seems to figure its self out without the need for us to stress out. Thanks, Nick UK

Great post Katie! We have no idea how much we take for granted until we actually put it on paper and really look at it. No matter how bad we have it, we’re still much more fortunate than 90% of the world.
