Hi Katie!

Wow, this is an amazing list! I especially love this:"...it can be easy for the mind to dwell on what’s going wrong, the money that’s not there, the stress, or the worry. But when we do, we are closing ourselves off from the unlimited abundance, peace, and joy that is readily available and waiting for us." I couldn't agree more! I am grateful for so many things in my life too, and yes, I will list them them as often as I can. Really awesome post!

Hi Katie A bit thank you for the wonderful information on your blog. I'm a beginner with blogs but have some great ideas to start a fresh one. I'm so grateful for technology and what it can do for us. Am also grateful for my warm snuggly bed on these cold winter nights. And so grateful for my ability to prepare myself some delicious meals to nourish my body and keep it well.

Hey Katie,

This is amazing! I honestly cannot tell
you the difference feeling gratitude has
made in my own life and it has truly
made me realize how lucky we are as human
beings to be blessed with the abilities
that we have.

I think the biggest thing that people have
to remember is to make sure that they
feel grateful for what they already have
instead of focusing on what they don`t
have. The feeling of gratitude is
extremely powerful and ultimately attracts
more into your life.

Thanks for sharing this and have a great day!

See you at the top,
Michael Stead

I love doing this exercise. When doing it, it puts me in a place where worries have no power anymore, only the power of love is expressed. I was about to talk about this on my blog and here I find your post on it. Isn't it wonderful how the law of attraction works!
