I appreciate YOU Eric! So excited to partner with in upcoming projects
Katie, this is absolutely awesome! Gratitude is so important. If I’m in a down mood or just crabby, I will immediately think about something that I’m grateful for and it lifts my spirits immediately.
I’ve kept a “gratitude journal” for several years now and sometimes I get lax on writing in it.
Thanks for the reminder, I will get back to it tonight!
Thanks to for all you do. You are one of the people I am grateful for!

Damn girl, that’s a crazy long list !
20 things ?
I keep this one short, because I love brevity almost more than I love myself.
1) I’m thankful for my mother – she’s awesome beyond measure.
2) I’m thankful for being alive and healthy – it’s easy to forget !
3) I’m thankful for the internet: It gives me the chance to build a kick-ass branding blog, which will take the world by storm !
Thanks for the reminder,
Being thankful is not of my habits, until now
Part 2: Things I am grateful for: God, my family, my business, my beautiful home, my dog Abby =), my beautiful children, my church and faith, network marketing, my big comfy bed, my relationships and friendships (they are the best!), alone time, the Towpath, my bike, the feeling I get when helping others, life, so much life to live!
There is so much in life to be grateful for. I love it when someone tells me their life sucks and I get to remind them of all the things they have that are good and how blessed they are over others who are not so fortunate. Thanks again for the reminder Katie!

Today I’m so grateful to be able to work from my peaceful home office. I love looking out the window to my backyard and woods.
I’m thankful that my dear friend Georgia is back in my life and helping me with a project later today.
I’m grateful for the pitter-patter of rain on my rooftop. Spring is my favorite season with all the fresh, bright green!

8. That my happiness is not subject to those material things.
9. That I have a clear plan to improve the world.
10. For love which makes life worth living.
I love this exercise!
There is nothing better to center and focus ourselves than reflecting on and appreciating what we have. It is all about changing our mindset from ‘lack’ to ‘abundance’.
I am thankful for my beautiful girls and amazing husband.
I am thankful for the opportunity to build a business from home so that I can be a part of my girl’s childhood.
I am thankful for the strength and support in my life from my family, friends and business partners.

3. It is tax season and I am grateful for paying taxes! It means that I am making money to support my family.
4. My teens are argumentitive and annoying! Thank you God that they are differentiating, becoming their own people and that they are smart enough to reason out an argument!

I love this list you’ve put together here Katie. I don’t know where you came up with it but I like it! =)
This is so important to receiving more in life as you said!
Thank you for the fantastic ideas.
What a great exercise! A few things I am thankful for our my three beautiful children, my wonderful husband, and all the wealth of information I have been able to receive after getting into this industry. And I am sooooooo thankful for finding you, Katie
I was getting so lost with where to start. But now after watching your first 3 training videos, I have a focus and am fully grasping how this concept works
Thank you sooo much!
I’ll do 5…
1. I am grateful for all of the love in my life… God’s love (or whatever you choose to call the love that envelops and connects us all), the love of my friends/family and the love that I’m able to give back to the world.
2. I am grateful for all of the opportunities that have presented themselves to me to get me to where I am today… without them I would have nothing and would probably still be living on the streets of Sacramento…
3. I am grateful for my amazing support net that always keeps me going when I’m down… My girlfriend, friends, family and of course all of the wonderful people I’ve met on my journey to empowerment (both online and off).
4. I am grateful for being tall, fit and healthy. Too many people take their physical form for granted… and I am grateful that I am grateful for the gifts I have been given.
5. I am grateful for all the leadership and kindness I’ve been shown on my journey of enlightenment & empowerment… Be it leadership from role models, negative role models (people to NOT be like), mentors, teachers or just good friends… I’m grateful for them all (oh and I’m also grateful for you not slapping me the first time we met when all I could think to say was “Ahh, the law of attraction at work…” – probably should have thought to reword that, but hey, I’m grateful nonetheless! lol..).
Thanks for taking the time to remind everyone to be thankful for the abundance they’re already surrounded by, Katie… it’s easy to lose sight sometimes!

Hey Katie,
Fantastic idea to have everyone share what they are grateful for. Here are only a few of the many things I am thankful for:
1. I am grateful for God’s love, that it is unconditional and never ending, and always there to give me everything I need in life.
2. I am grateful for my family – that I have two wonderful parents who care for me and taught me how to be generous in life, two sisters who are awesome, and wonderful nieces and nephews who help me see life through the eyes of a child.
3. I am grateful for my the opportunity to connect with people around the world, like you and many others in this community, who are like minded and purpose driven entrepreneurs.
4. I am grateful for this opportunity to share with others some of the things I am thankful for.
Gratitude determines altitude.

Gratitude and appreciation are not the same. To be grateful is to give thanks (and to not take for granted). To appreciate is to increase in value. Gratitude acknowledges what we have (and desire) – including thanks for NOT having what we don’t desire. An attitude of gratitude is certainly a good one to have, yet to it is appreciation that really makes things worth more. To want means to lack. Most people want (and need) more appreciation (in their lives) – to be grateful for….
