Unfortunately I believe this may become obsolete as soon as the next wave of facebook changes come through. They’ve said we’re losing all of the boxes except a very few default boxes. All application add-ins will be forced into tabs (which they’re changing somewhat). Will be interesting to see what we’re left with when the changes come through.

Thanks Katie for the informative video. I have been trying for two days now to get the html box to work on my Facebook profile.
I’ve been online since 1996 so not a rookie. However this technical fooopa has stumped me completely! haha!
I watched your video three times, wrote the steps down and did exactly what you said and for some reason first of all my html code from Aweber doesn’t show up AND when I get the information in the BOX the little ‘pencil’ is not there to move to wall tab.
Now when I put in regular html code for a website link THAT will show up. Copying and pasting the Aweber java script code does not show up for some reason.
I have tried it many times and the pencil is just not showing up. So I’m scratching my head wondering where in the world is the editing pencil? haha!

This is a great way to market yourself without being in someone’s face.
Many marketers are making the mistake of pitch their business directly to you on Facebook and it is damaging them and their product and reputation.
