<description>Hi Katie! Truly loved this post and video. I actually used to be one of those who slept in late and got up mid morning to then feel like I never got anything done! (Go Figure)

Now that I am a &quot;Morning Person&quot; as they say and do all of my rituals during the morning and day, I can definitely vouch for what you are saying in this video. Rituals and consistency are so beneficial to your success and over all health in my opinion! They also give you more focus and feeling of achievement for the day!

My Top 5 Rituals Everyday Are:

1. Go to the gym everyday (I take Zumba, Athletic Training and Yoga... love all of them)

2. Learn at least two new things regarding my business and blog everyday. (Reading a post, watching a video, etc.) Just like I am now on your blog!

3. Read at least 10 pages of a book that empowers, teaches and inspires me.

4. Follow all my &quot;Business Tasks&quot; in the morning. (Answering emails, networking online, etc.) Gets me in the business and &quot;Success&quot; mind set to help flow through the day.

5. I also meditate at night before bed, which was something I started only 6 months ago. Now that I watched your video here, probably will up it to twice a day! (Thank you for that:) It always makes me feel so much better to meditate!

So happy I could share and thank you so very much for the awesome video and inspiration! A very beneficial tip to our success!

		<description>hy katie,

by doing things that we enjoy doing our mind and soul will get free of any stress or worries.

commiting yourself to such a program is definitely profitable.

<description>Rituals are SO important but really need a serious commitment - I feel like I have rituals I have been trying to implement for the past 7 years and am still trying! Can never have too many reminders though about the value of rituals!

<description>I enjoyed your post. It seems that the busier I get the more I neglect what gives me energy to make it all happen. Taking care of myself physically. Heading to Yoga tomorrow!
Thanks!

		<description>Aloha Katie,
It&#039;s already March and have only been exposed to your blogs in this month. Where have you been hiding?? Actually, it is a great mentor of mine who has suggested following in Social Media and she said that &quot;You Rock.&quot;
So thank you...for all that you have given me in the last 48 hours!
The rituals that I have started for myself actually began in the last quarter of 2009 and has helped in so many tremendous ways of consistency, feeling good about myself and believing that by staying true to what&#039;s important along side of building my enterprise which is taking care of my self emotionally and spiritually that life and business flows effortlessly.
I now walk thirty minutes every morning in which I listen to inspirational music or personal development, five days a week. I am drinking the recommended amounts of water per my body weight everyday. I read for thirty minutes everyday. I&#039;ve committed myself to studying blogs, and social media for at least an hour after hours of regular productivity. I have also started a gratitude journal, every morning and every evening. I write five things that I am grateful for and give acknowledgement to all that is great in my life now. I journal every thing I possibly can for personal reflection. It&#039;s these things that allow me to recognize, like you said, my own &quot;autonomy.&quot; It is truly wonderful to have these successful habits!
Thanks Katie!

Love you much from Hawaii,
Shannon Tecson

<description>Thanks for the wonderful reminder to take care of mind, body and spirit on a daily basis. I agree that during the times in my life when I attend to all 3, I am more at peace and more attuned to what is important.

I love it that there are so many ways to stay strong and clear. I find that I often combine things - such as an intense 2 hour bike ride becomes an incredible meditation at the same time, or a full day in my painting studio can incorporate a few hours of listening to inspiring and/or educational recordings (while I paint) followed by several hours of mediative music during which time I feel completely in tune with body/mind/spirit. There are many variations - all good.

I appreciate the beauty that emanates from your soul and wish you all the best as 2010 gets under way. You are a true inspiration!
