For me, one of the most exciting facets of quantum physics is the scientific explanation for what mystics and spiritual teachers have been saying for thousands of years… We are all connected.

There is no such thing as a ’separate’ YOU.  You and I and everyone else and everything else that exists, ever has existed, or ever will exist are all made up of the same thing.  We are all connected in a quantum sea of energy that is literally the underpinning of the entire universe and connects us all like an invisible web.

In quantum physics, they call this quantum field of energy the Zero Point Field.  This field unites and communicates with all of life, and within it, contains an infinite number of possibilites, and all of the knowledge and information that has ever existed.  At the source of our very existence, our subatomic particles are literally ‘blinking’ on and off all the time…

Like we talked about in part 1, these particles are not solid at all… They are little packets of vibrating energy and information that are doing a ‘dance’ back and forth, communicating with and sending information back and forth with the Unified Field.  At that level of our existence, there is no ‘boundary’ between ‘YOU’ and the outside world… It’s all ONE.

And we have the ability to tap into this all-pervading, infinite Source of wisdom and creation… Because it’s us!  

There have been numerous studies that have actually ‘proved’ this so-called theory of unity.  As stated in one of my favorite movies of all time, ‘What The Bleep Do We Know: Down The Rabbit Hole’, when two electrons are made together, they are inherently ‘connected’.  If you send one to the other side of the world, both electrons are still able to communicate instantaneously.  You do something to one electron and the other one feels it at the EXACT same time.  They literally ‘know’ about each other through time and space.  

In quantum physics, this phenomenon is called ‘Entanglement’.  Not only are those two connected electrons entangled, but if you trace all of life back to the Big Bang, we’ve all been connected and entangled ever since!

Time and space are literally just a by-product of physical existence, or matter.  But at the deepest level of Truth of who we really are, there is no such thing as time or space.  It’s all an illusion in this big hologram of life.  This is something even more trippy… Your thoughts and intentions can actually go back and forth through time!  In quantum physics, this is called ‘Time Reversal Symmetry’.  How’s that for mind-boggling? 

There’s really so much more I can share with you… But the point is, it’s time to start breaking down the old beliefs and patterns through which we experience life.  Reality is absolutely NOT a solid, dense, unchangeable thing of which we just fall victim to… We are literally co-creating everything in existence all the time and there is a VAST potential lying within YOU right now!

All throughout history, mystics have been telling us that we’re all connected… And now the ‘new age’ of science is confirming it.  But don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that what I’ve shared with you over this 3 part series is absolute truth… Because there’s no way to ever know!  Our minds aren’t really capable of grasping infinity, so this information is just meant to help you ‘wake up’ to who you really are… 

Quantum physics is really just a stepping stone… This knowledge can absolutely assist you in finding the Truth for yourself, but but at the end of the day, a transformational awakening can only occur when you’ve actually integrated it… mind, body, and spirit. You’ve gotta feel it, be it, and live it as truth for yourself.

I guess now the question is… ‘How far down the rabbit hole do YOU want to go?’

How far can we take our intentions?  What kind of reality can we start co-creating together when people are more aware of the inherent Oneness of life?  Can we really start to see the world as ONE organism, where each and every one of us is an important part of the ‘whole’… Just like the body’s 50 trillion cells who all live in harmony, each with a specific duty for contribution, and where no cell is left behind and each is taken care of?  The more people who start to hear this message, the closer and closer we will get to true unity and the dissolving of the imaginary barriers of separation that we’ve been living in all these years… 

Can we really start intending a new way of living where unconditional love and compassion for all of life are the golden rule?  Well, we have the power to create ANYTHING we put our thoughts and intentions on… but it has to start with YOU!  As Gandhi famously said, “Be The Change You Wish To See In The World”…

So by now, if you’re reading this post today, you’re a definite ‘red piller’… And now it’s time to go further down that rabbit hole baby! Woo hoo!

So in part 1, we left off by talking about how we literally live in a ‘thought’ universe, where everything that exists has been ‘thought’ into existence… So who or what is actually doing the thinking?

Well, it’s the ‘Universal Mind’… You can call this God, Spirit, Consciousness, Jesus, Yahweh, Universal Intelligence, or any other name that man has come up with. But no matter what you call it, no amount of words can ever fully describe or embody it… Because it’s so beyond the scope of our own limited perception.

How do we know this exists?

Well, there are many ways to prove this in the quantum physical sense, but we’ll start with the ‘Observer Effect’, the first rule of quantum physics.

The Observer Effect says that there is no reality without the perception of reality. In order for anything to exist at all, it must be perceived, or observed. So even if you trace our physical existence back to the ‘Big Bang’, in order for any first particle of matter to be created, it had to have been observed, or perceived first.

Our so-called ‘individual’ minds are really different reflections in the mirror of Universal Intelligence. This force is actually thinking and observing through us… It is the Ultimate Observer. (We’ll talk more about the proof that we’re all ONE in part 3…)

So do you remember in part 1 when I said that everything is made up of waves of potential energy? Well, there are an infinite number of potential possibilities existing at any given time, and all of theses possibilities collapse into ONE when it is observed.

So when there is observation (or when you look), you have one reality. When there’s no observer (no one’s looking), there are just waves of possibilities. There have been countless experiments to prove this strange phenomenon and in each case, the outcome of each experiment was dependent on the person actually doing the ‘observing’.

So what this means is that the mere act of perception, or observation, of something, has the power to change it. Our observation has a DIRECT effect on our world!

Now when something is observed, it is just an observation until we actually assign ‘meaning’ to it. Like I talked about in part 1, we have constructed these ‘lenses’ through which we perceive the world and we assign meaning to what we believe to be true… And consequently, we REACT to precisely what we believe about ourselves and the world around us.

So if you follow me here, we are LITERALLY creating our realities with everything we observe, everything we think, and everything we believe. We each choose a single possibility out of an infinite number of potential possibilities and each choice is compounded upon the other.

An observation leads to a thought and a thought leads to a belief (or the interpretation of a thought). Since a thought is just a thought until we believe it, we literally become what we BELIEVE!

And what we believe hardens into patterns and habits. And those patterns and habits directly influence what we choose to observe next time. So as you can see, if there’s not conscious observation occurring, we can get caught in a self-perpetuating cycle of our own creation.

I don’t know about you, but just the mere fact of learning this information is life changing! It’s definitely not new knowledge that what you think is what you create… But quantum physics can actually prove this!

One of my favorite quotes from Dr. Wayne Dyer, a world-renowned spiritual teacher: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Literally!

It seems as thought science and spirituality, originally thought of to be on opposite ends of the spectrum, are merging together and saying the SAME thing!

So you think it’s powerful to learn how much your thoughts and beliefs are creating your OWN reality? Wait til part 3 where we’ll talk about how each of us is directly affecting ALL of life because we are more interconnected than we can even possibly imagine… Stay tuned!

This is one of the most significant questions we can truly ask ourselves in life.  In this post today, I am presenting you with a choice… And your answer to this question has the very real potential to change your life in more ways than you can ever possibly imagine…

This famous line came from one of the most well-known and popular science fiction movies of all time, the Matrix.  Although the movie is fiction, it has very symbolic and philosophical undertones that represent the nature of reality and our human desire to learn more about the truth of our existence.  When Neo is asked whether he wants the red pill or the blue pill, he is being forced to choose between discovering the TRUTH of reality or continuing to live in comfortable ignorance… And of course, he takes the red pill and is immediately ‘awakened’ from the world of illusion he was once living in, the Matrix.

In our society today, most people are all too willing to just accept things as they appear… They don’t question the beliefs they have about the world or who they really are.  And often times, our constructed belief systems become the ‘lenses’ through which we interpret reality.  So what happens if (or I guess I should say, ‘when’) our beliefs and world-views are found to be wrong?  Well, when we have the courage to lift up the ‘veil of illusion’ that we’ve been conditioned to believe (or in Neo’s case, wake up from the Matrix), we come to find that reality is not really what we think it is!

So when I ask you if you want the red pill or the blue pill, I’m asking you if you’re willing and open to question your true nature…  Do you want to know the truth or do you want to stay in the Matrix?  How willing are you to let go of old beliefs and ideas that you might find to no longer be true?

Well, for me, I definitely decided to take the red pill a long time ago.  It happened a few years ago when I finally started questioning everything that I’ve been told and taken for granted as truth.  I started questioning society and it’s standards and norms… I started questioning what I had been taught about ‘God’… And most importantly, I started questioning the nature of who I really was.

And I’ve been on this journey of self-discovery ever since.  But just in the last few months, I’ve become more and more fascinated with the study of quantum physics.  Quantum physics is literally the science of self-discovery… The study of our Source, this infinite intelligence that directs, governs, and expresses Itself through all of life.  It’s essentially the science of the ‘Unseen’… how it works and operates under the veil of the ‘material world’.

So although there are many different ways and paths to discovering the Truth of who we are, I feel as though quantum physics is going to play an integral role in helping more and more people ‘wake up’ to their true nature.  This is not about esoteric philosophy… This is a science that is pretty hard to deny!

So as I grow and learn more and more about quantum physics, I’d like to blog about it and share it here with YOU!  I’m so excited to share this information because the more you learn about your own self at deeper and deeper levels, the more you’ll be able to literally ‘master’ this thing called life.  You will become a true conscious creator of your own reality and realize more and more just how darn powerful YOU really are…

Imagine your life as this enormously powerful wave and you’re being asked to ride it.  If you fight and resist the wave, it’ll be a lifelong struggle.  If you just ‘fall victim’ to the wave, you’ll get wiped out.  But if you learn to skillfully ride the wave, you’ll fall into alignment with life and experience the thrill, beauty, and majesty of our own existence.  You’ll ‘get it’… Or what some say, you’ll be ’self-realized’ or ‘enlightened’.

This just means that you know who you are.  You’ve let go of that old lens you were looking through with all of those self-limiting beliefs and concepts that caused you to suffer and kept you from your highest potential… You start to perceive a deeper Truth about yourself and everyone and everything else.

I do have to warn you though… Quantum physics is a little nutty!  As you travel farther and farther down the ‘rabbit hole’ you’ll discover a world that defies the laws of classical physics (the physics of the material world), that makes no sense to the logical mind, and is so baffling, you’ll probably never see the world the same again!

But that’s the best part!  :)  Because on the other side is where freedom lies…

So let’s take this journey together one step at a time.  And today, we’ll just start with the ‘Quantum Field Theory’…

The Quantum Field Theory says that everything in the universe is made up of fluctuations of energy and information.  So, essentially, this material world that we take to be so ’solid’ is really, at it’s most elemental state, ‘non-physical’.  The atom is not really solid at all, it is made up of a hierarchy of states of information and energy and can be broken down into protons, electrons, quarks, bozons, and then just impulses of energy and information.

So, let’s ponder this for a moment…

Even though the world feels and looks pretty darn solid and dense, it’s not.  Everything is made up of waves of energy, but even more specifically, waves of potential energy.  These ‘quantum wave functions’ actually contain within them the potential for anything physical to appear!

They are essentially waves of possibilities.  And the energy and information that make-up these waves are the same ’stuff’ that make-up our thoughts.  (I’ll get into this in more detail in later posts.)

So as simply put as possible, we literally live in a ‘thought’ universe.  And quantum physicists are now saying that it’s actually ‘thought’ that creates the physical world!

So who (or what) is actually ‘thinking’ these thoughts that birthed us all into existence??

Hehehe… Now I’ll ask you again, do you want to take the red pill or the blue pill?
