Hey Katie, love the work that your doing at the moment, it’s a matter of raising above what you believe to be and then riding the waves and keeping the higher vibrations as your own.

When you are feeling low though and you believe that there is nothing much that you can do, just remember a few simple things that will help raise your energy levels

    1) Walking is the best way to let go of things that aren’t needed
    2) Moving your body slowly and with your breath will instantly help with releasing blockages and raising your energy
    3) Meditation will help clear your mind and allow new insight to what ever your working on (Just close your eyes and breath)
    4) Connect with a plant : Just look and admire the plant, plants are wonderful because they will give back to you what you give to them
    5) Use a mirror and discover how your really feeling, then tell yourself what you need to hear in order to change or inspire yourself to attain a higher level of life

Hi Katie…Great philosophical message! I agree: so many of our problems arise from our inability to look within to use our creative and self-reliant potential. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Everything in our reality comes
down to the thoughts we create
for ourselves. We have so much
power over our lives, yet so
    many people come from limiting
    scarcity beliefs.

This is the one area that has
    been more transformational for
me than anything else I’ve learned
    about marketing this year!

    Thanks, friend!

    Katie,

Limited beliefs in ourselves creates limited results.
It’s amazing how simple of a concept can take so
many people a lifetime to master. By replying on
ourselves and creating that belief that ‘if it’s meant
to be, then it’s up to me’ then there is no limits. You
really can achieve anything you want.

By overcoming my own self doubt and limited
thoughts I was able to empower myself to stretch
and really grow in the past several months. These
steps and beliefs are a must for any budding
entrepreneur who really wants to make a difference
    this year and beyond.

Thanks for continuing to be a guiding light in so
    many people’s lives.

    Hi Katie,

This is my first visit to your blog, although we are connected on Facebook and Twitter.

Your message resonated with me as I posted a Note on Facebook about this very topic. “2010~The Year to Inspire”

I love this statement that you made “Inspiration Can Only Be Borrowed”

You have a lovely presence and energy.

Thank You Thank You Thank You!

Your so right on about owning and claiming your own autonomy. Not an easy principle to Live BY for sure because we have been programmed by society to be dependent. However once you CLAIM that–you then begin to honor and celebrate the very essence of your own existence. As soon as you honor and respect your autonomy it also shows PURE LOVE for yourself. This is very IMPORTANT in our self-evolution.

Oh, I just picked up Stuart Wilde book over 4months ago and he continues to be a huge spiritual mentor in my life. He was introduced to me by a wonderful man name satyen Raja (who LOOKS up to him and calls him, his personal friend, and close mentor as well) He is definitely on higher level of vibration. That is priceless message, “INspiration can only be borrowed” He is so right that we will naturally come down to our own level because in essence, “Life gives YOU WHAT YOU ARE are not what you want.”

Which book did you read that from? I’m not sure if I read that somewhere from Stuart yet.
Anyway, Your such a blessing to us.

    Thanks for your shining Light!

you are the perfect reflection of what i’m judging these days, you are always in the right place at the right moment and I love your presence.
You don’t even have to claim your autonomy. You already have that as a gift since yue were born.
You have to claim your AWARENESS.
    Awareness is the only autonomy.

    Thank you. Love!!!! :) :):)

I LOVE Stuie Wilde. I’m reading Infinite Power right now and I saw him live this past September in Vegas (for his apparently last appearance until the world “collapses”). His older stuff like “Money Bible” and “Trick To Money…” is much more mainstream…his new stuff like Grace, Gaia is, well, extremely esoteric and “out there”.

    Great stuff Ms. Freiling.

    Katie,

Thank YOU! That message is so true and was very powerful at this time in my life.

I AM ready to own my power.

I have heard of inspiration meaning in-spirit, in line with a greater source. Which is interesting to reflect on that quote

    “inspiration can only be borrowed”

because I find we are always connected to a greater source, but ultimately everything comes down to our actions.

We can NOT expect to simply pray and think someone will answer all our prayers. Our wishes and desires can only be granted by taking action and being willing to receive the results.

Our emotions are excellent teachers to what actions are right.

Excellent Post! Thanks for the inspiration Katie!

Back to packing and moving forward…..

“Claim Your Autonomy” Yes! It really comes back to self confidence. We really do have so much power within and, as you say, we just need to claim it. However many people possess limiting beliefs that they need to overcome in order to claim it. They need to realise the belief in NOT the truth and this clears the way for them to claim their autonomy.

Thanks for sharing this powerful concept Katie.

Every video from you is an inspiration, including this one of course!

I often think that if we want to manifest anything in life we need “outside assistance” but I’ve forgotten that the true power is all within ourself. Because we have the power within us to create the life we want.

    Thanks, Huddson

    “Inspiration can only be borrowed.”

Great concept! I recognize how my business energy ebbs and flows. At the beginning of a project, I’m excited and energized, but as the project progresses, the energy dissipates. That initial energy was inspiration, borrowed from another source.

Note to self: You can use energy from another only temporarily, so learn to create your own energy to sustain you.

    Thanks Katie!

One more thought on this subject.

This is so related to your post about releasing the past. So much of us not knowing who we really are is related to who others in our past have dictated us to be. Once we realize we are NOT the image that someone else has posted in their minds of us we are free to create the image we want for ourselves.

Katie you are wise, and obvioulsy I like to listen to your posts more than once so they really sink in.

Wow! Great message. Great thing to keep in mind when we connect to a mentor. It can be hard to elevate yourself in your own mind above whom you look up to as equally important and with just as much to wisdom to share. We draw inspiration from another, but the source is within us. We are more powerful than we may know, when we know our own power within, and establish our own autonomy we can truly reach our full potential. You are an incredible motivation to many and should be very proud!
