Wow! What an incredible post *hugs* How I have been able to engage in my own authenticity is by bringing to the forefront my relationship with the "All That Is." Source energy, Universe, I call mine a personal relationship with God. I learned much from the book Emotional Awareness as well. The freedom of surrender is such a joyous place. I love your daily reminders of being in the present moment. Eckhart taught me to be at peace with whatever it is. It is what it is, and observing nature as you mentioned brings us back to that place of not labeling things. A flower doesn't complain about why the sun isn't shining today and a dog doesn't hold grudges about why she was fed late the day before. Every thing living is always in the now of their own authenticity. I am still a learning and practicing student of life and having you in my network brings much joy to the "inner" work that takes place along the journey. When I was reading the section about looking for external sources to find happness it slapped me between the eyes and made me realize that I have been doing that. And i couldnt figure out why the happyness would go away so fast.

Now that im aware now I can start working on changing it.
